This product is designed to mechanically help in removing vinyl lettering or graphics 10 TIMES FASTER (over the old hand method) from a number of different type surfaces. (Fleetmarking vehicles, boats, RV's, metal, wood, plastic, glass signs, floors, etc.) Use a polishing buffer or variable speed sander with standard 5/8 inch threaded shaft. The product is made of soft urethane blended rubber. On painted, ridged plastics, or synthetic materials DO NOT PRESS THE ERASER DISK VERY HARD AGAINST THE SURFACE OR DAMAGE MAY OCCUR TO THE SUBSTRATE. Optimum operating speed is 700 to 1000 rpm. There are RED urethane rings inside the "BIG ERASER"tm. They are there to warn you that you are very close to the plastic core. When you start to see them, it is time to replace the disk. Comes with one 4oz. bottle of ND500 Adhesive Remover and 5ea. PRX1 Plastic Razor Blades. |
